Islas Coronado, Baja California Mexico has three main dive sites: lobster shack, keyhole and middle grounds. The main interest of the islands for divers are the baby sea lions. There is a sea lion colony that lives here and each fall the baby sea lions are full of fun and very interactive with divers. There is also a group of harbor seals, but they are generally much more shy. Although the islands are in Mexican waters, the boat departs and returns from San Deigo, taking about an hour and 45 mins each way.
